Brayola - Not customer focused
Was shipped a black strapless bra on 9/1/17.Tried on with my dress and was incompatible.
Returned on 9/6/17..waited to see credit on my credit card. Received a gift card in my email on9/18/17 for $13.73 less than the purchase. Was not made aware of this "gift card" policy and was quite upset---plus it was so much less. They get you for s&h plus $6!!said my item had hair/lint on it so that was worth it being $13.73 less!!Supervisor would not work with me at all.
